Rita Ann, Service Delivery Lead

When did you start at Benchmark and what was your role?

June 2017 / Dispatch Coordinator-assigning tickets to tech, taking calls, ensuring that tickets are actioned on a timely manner, other adhoc tasks such as booking courier to sent out machines, booking onsite tech, calling back clients to follow up on ticket status.

What other roles have you held since starting?

Service Delivery Lead, lately I have been taking over Dispatch role when needed and as account manager replying to client inquiries. I have also been involved in coaching tech/dispatch and organizing team meeting, team-building activities and team scheduling.

What have you learned while working here?

Resiliency. I often need to jump from one shift to another. Capability to make decisions best for the company and members. Time management skills from juggling to one responsibility to another. How to prioritize concerns.

What has been your most proud moment at Benchmark?

When we need to hire more as we are growing and seeing that we have promoted members as they level up on their skills and contribution to the company.

Mark, Technology Lead

When did you start at Benchmark and what was your role?

I started in July 2015 as a Network Associate. Mostly doing Helpdesk support for Australian clients. 

What is your current role?

Currently shuffling around different role. Tech applicant interview, trainee overview and training, tech quality check, and assisting team with general tech/process query.

What have you learned while working here?

I have learned a lot of things while working here. New technologies, methods on troubleshooting different issues, client handling and team work. Accountability on work.

What has been your most proud moment at Benchmark?

Every time I see someone excel and develop their skills while working with Benchmark.
